30-Day Return Policy:
We are committed to your satisfaction and vibrant living. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Starting a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@iamhighlife.com. Include your order number and the reason for the return in your message to expedite the process.

Return Address:
Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273. Upon acceptance of your return request, we'll send you a return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Returns Without Prior Request:
Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. It's important to communicate with us before sending anything back so we can provide you with the best support possible.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please get in touch with us.

Exchanges:
For the fastest service, we recommend returning the item you have and making a separate purchase for the new item once your return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, provided the item is in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refunds:
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you about the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
